7-Day Return Window

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided items are unworn, unaltered, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

Non-Returnable Items

• Items showing signs of wear or use
• Items without original packaging or tags
• Items marked as final sale

How to Return

1. Message us on WhatsApp within 7 days of delivery, quoting your order number.
2. We will arrange collection at no cost to you.
3. Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

Exchanges

We are happy to exchange for a different size or colour subject to availability. Please mention this when you contact us.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please photograph it and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

We share your data only with service providers necessary to fulfil your order: Ziina (payment processing) and Quiqup (last-mile delivery). We never sell your data.

Order data is retained for 5 years to comply with UAE commercial law. You may request deletion of non-legally-required data at any time.
