1. Placing an Order

By completing checkout on carmensteffensuae.com you make an offer to purchase the selected items. Your order is confirmed when you receive a confirmation page with an order number. We reserve the right to cancel any order and will notify you via WhatsApp if we do so.

2. Pricing

All prices are displayed in UAE Dirhams (AED) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. Prices are subject to change without notice but the price at the time of your order will be honoured.

3. Payment

Payment is collected via a secure link sent to you on WhatsApp after your order is placed. We accept major credit and debit cards. Orders are not dispatched until payment is confirmed.

4. Delivery

We offer free delivery across all seven UAE emirates. Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Delivery times are 1–3 business days depending on your emirate.

5. Title and Risk

Ownership and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to your specified address.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
